Updating intelliflo Outlook integration
If you have permissions to install software on your desktop, click “Update Now”.
If you need to ask IT to grant you permissions to install, please do so and then click “Update Now”.
Otherwise, if the software has been centrally deployed by your IT admin, please ask your IT to update the software by following the instructions at: IT deployment of Implicit Desktop App
New functionality and improvements included in this release
- Changes to manual archiving of outgoing emails
To shorten the time that it took outgoing emails to be archived in intelliflo office, the logic has been changed to archive the outgoing emails in real-time before they are sent, instead of waiting to retrieve them from Microsoft 365 after sending. - Added “Quick Archive” to side-panel in email compose mode
“Quick Archive” button (email envelopes) was added to each record on the side panel in email compose mode. - Added Refresh buttons at each record level
When updating a record in intelliflo office, user can simply click the ‘Refresh’ button at the record level to see the updates in the side-panel. - Archiving to joint clients from side-panel
Added an “Always archive email to joint client” option directly from side-panel. - Adding clients’ names to synced meetings
Upon syncing meetings, clients’ names are added in brackets at the beginning of the meeting subject line. - Support for mixed shared mailboxes that are also added to Outlook as accounts
Support for shared 365 mailboxes are also added to Outlook as separate accounts. - UI changes to the side-panel toolbar
- Set default action to archive email
User can now access the archiving tool by clicking the archive button without having to select it from the drop-down. - Changed calendar sync icon.

Bug fixes included in this release
- Private Emails
Archived emails are not marked as private so they can be accessed and viewed by other users. - Green checkmarks for auto-archiving
The green checkmarks that indicates that emails were archived are now working for auto-archiving of sent emails. - Outlook Web edition (Edge)
Fix for a bug that was deployed by Microsoft as an update to Edge browser. - Documents were not linked to joint clients
- Scanning all recipients when sending emails
When composing an email, side panel scans the list of email recipients and identifies intelliflo office clients regardless of where they are included in the TO/CC list.
